Changing account?!?! What account you're referring to? If we really need to change account, that doesn't sound like the proper solution though!?!?As of this morning, I still not able to connect, still getting the same alerts! So what I did was, and again it's only my temporarily solution, to use the Windows7 built in function (System Restore), restored the system back to previous date where the Admin Kit was running. And when I use the command netstat -a to check, when my computer failed to connect to Admin Kit, I couldn't find both Ports (ie. 13000 & 14000); but now when my computer is connecting to Admin Kit, I can see both Ports are Listening (see the attached snapshot)!Well. Restoring the system or changing the account are still not the proper solution, I'm pretty sure there're something went wrong and we really hope someone could help us up on this matter!

Kaspersky Connection To Administration Server Failed
Kaspersky Lab Network Agent is a program developed by Kaspersky Lab. The most used version is 8.0.2134, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. It adds a background controller service that is set to automatically run. Delaying the start of this service is possible through the service manager. The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with.
The main program executable is klnagent.exe. The software installer includes 23 files and is usually about 15.22 MB (15,964,134 bytes).
In comparison to the total number of users, most PCs are running the OS Windows 7 (SP1) as well as Windows XP. While about 29% of users of Kaspersky Lab Network Agent come from the United States, it is also popular in Iran and Malaysia.Program details.
Hi all,I have a Kaspersky server install with nearly 200 clients. Currently, remote workers need to connect to the company VPN to allow communication between the network agent and the server(reporting back their status etc)What I have managed to do so far is update the network agent's server address to kaspersky.companyname.com. This A record points at our company firewall which has several NAT rules to redirect ports 13000, 14000 and 15000(UDP) to the internal Kaspersky server.
This works, in so much as the client's network agent phones home every 15mins successfully without having to have a VPN connected. What I am struggling with, is enabling 'live' control of the tasks applicable to each computer. (Computer Properties Tasks 'Download Update' etc.). The Play and Stop buttons remain greyed out/unclickable until either the VPN is connected, or the computer is connected to the local network.Kaspersky have advised that UDP 15000 needs to be open, which it is via my company firewall. I have also added port exceptions on the windows firewall via group policy, and on the kaspersky firewall too.Any ideas?

I've struggled to find anyone that's done the same so far!Rob. You won't be able to uninstall the Network Agent application from the KSC, it's baked into the KSC install. But I believe you'll still have the ability to edit the properties of the existing Network Agent by opening up the properties of the KSC server machine in the console, then going to Applications, Network Agent Properties. Also, to be clear - the machine doesn't actually have to be a server OS, if that's any help.EDIT: I just checked in my console, and II was incorrect above - it looks like you'll have to setup another machine to be the CG to make this work properly. I realize this thread is a little old, but I have a similar setup I'm running into questions on and Kaspersky's frontline support so far hasn't been that helpful.I have a master admin server on my internal network and a slave admin server in my DMZ network. Clients are configured to connect to a single FQDN since we have a split domain.
Internally it resolves to the master, and externally it resolves to the DMZ slave. All the required ports for everything are open and working. My problem is I never see any clients connecting to the slave, and if I add a client that is OK on the master to the slave, the slave doesn't show the same status. Anyone have a similar setup working?
